well-organised and signposted ride along traffic-free routes. There are two routes of 7 miles and 15 miles, both ideal for those who want a leisurely and fun cycling experience and perfect for occasional cyclists or those who want to ride with young families. You can choose which route to ride on the day - you entry covers you for both options. The rides use the largely traffic-free Sustrans Routes 72 & 14 going out, eastwards along the south bank of the Tyne and returning westwards along the north bank.
