Leasowe Lighthouse is a notable lighthouse situated in Moreton on the Wirral Peninsula in Merseyside, England.
The structure was constructed in 1763 by The Mersey Docks and Harbour Company to provide safe navigation for vessels heading to the Port of Liverpool and stands as the earliest brick-built lighthouse in the United Kingdom.
The lighthouse ceased operations and was decommissioned in 1908. Its final keeper was Mrs. Williams, who holds the distinction of being the sole known female lighthouse keeper of that era.
