Overview

By running a number of different training groups we are able to cater for a wide range of abilities and we welcome all those aged 8 and over. The club provides opportunities for competition at both local and national level, on the road, cross country and track and field. We also welcome those who just want to run for fun or to improve their fitness levels.

Training is twice a week and costs £1 per session.

In Summer, training is on Monday evenings 6:30pm at Silksworth track and Wednesday evenings 6.30pm at Kepier School, Houghton, from the beginning of April to the end of September.

In Winter, training is on Monday and Wednesday evenings 6.30pm at Kepier School, Houghton from October to the end of March.
