Overview

Marlborough Running Club interests cover road, trail and cross-country running as well as entering various races throughout the year as part of the club championship. The feature which binds us together is our enjoyment of running the downland and forest trails that abound in this part of England. Our many training routes cover the area around Marlborough; the Marlborough Downs, Savernake forest, the Ridgeway and further afield.

Marlborough Downs Challenge

The MDC is a beautiful yet challenging event, mostly off-road along tracks and footpaths. There is plenty of climbing and the routes takes in some of the finest Wiltshire countryside.
