We meet at Ashfield School on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for training from 6:15pm until 8:00pm with qualified and experienced coaches.

Overview

The club caters for all ages from 5-year-olds to adults. We are a friendly athletics club covering all aspects of the sport including Road Running, Track & Field, Sports Hall and Cross Country.

Competition is at the heart of the club, and we compete in various leagues throughout the year. Whenever we attend competitions, our great team spirit is always there! Whatever you’re looking for in sport you will feel right at home with us. All athletic abilities are welcome at the club, from absolute beginners to county and national standard.
