Overview

A friendly club with over 300 members and take part in races in the road, trail, fell and cross-country disciplines. York Knavesmire Harriers offer training sessions 3 days a week ranging from social runs on Monday and Thursday to coach led endurance training on Tuesday. There are also occasional hill rep sessions on some Thursdays.
