This inspiring route begins in the city centre before taking you through Queen’s Park. You’ll then run over the famous Itchen Bridge with its glorious views across the Southampton Waters, The Solent and, even, the New Forest.
Following a loop around Woolston (usually full of the most supportive spectators!), you’ll head back towards the city centre, taking you right past the legendary St Mary’s Stadium, home of Southampton’s football team (aka the Saints!).
Continuing through St Mary’s, using the underpass, you’ll run through more of the city’s green spaces, in the shadow of Solent University, proud to be one of this year’s partners.
With a final loop, you’ll be on to the home straight ready to focus on the finish line… and perhaps a final sprint!
