Here's a chance to tackle the 5K and 10K fully marked and marshalled courses this winter.
This event is aimed at and open to all abilities. No time limits, come to race or simply to take your time and enjoy the exercise and fresh air. The country park is accessible, the paths easy to follow and with a variety of terrain, and with a few ups and downs to make you really earn your finishers medal! You can expect a very warm welcome and friendly event atmosphere, with a free childrens 1km dash which makes it an ideal run event for all the family.
Trail running in winter is really exhilarating, and whatever the weather throws at us, you'll have a great time at the first running of these trail races in winter. So, sign up today and set yourself up for a fit and feel-good time.
All participants will receive a medal and the races will be chip-timed.
