10 mile (16 km) road race incorporating the British Masters Athletics Championships and the Hertfordshire Senior Road Running County Championship.

There is no additional cost to opt in to the Hertfordshire Senior Road Running County Championship. Eligibility is a competitor aged at least 20 years of age and is from Hertfordshire by birth or by 9 months residency in the county. If you are claiming residency by birth but now live outside the county, you are eligible as long as you have not competed in the county championships of this other county within the last 12 months. Winners and runner ups will be presented with their medals straight after the Buntingford 10 medal presentation. There are medals for both individuals and teams (running clubs with 3 or more Females and/or 4 or more Males). A 10 mile (16 km) road run taking in the best of Buntingford and the surrounding area. The course is officially measured as 10 miles. There is a cut-off of 2.5 hours. If you are running on the course after this time, you are welcome to continue. However, the marshalls and finish-line team may start to withdraw at this point. Bespoke medals issued to all finishers within the cut-off. Trophies for first finishers and age categories: Overall Male - 1st / 2nd / 3rd, Male 40+ / 50+ / 60+ / 70+, Overall Female - 1st / 2nd / 3rd, Female 40+ / 50+ / 60+ / 70+.
