This event is part of Cardiff MidWeeker 5K, 10K & team relay.
Simply enter the 5K or 10K event as an individual.
Each participant runs 5K. Only one person registers the team. Teams can be made up of any gender.
The course is wheelchair friendly (just note the one section that is on trail).

There is no parking within Bute Park so please make sure you plan your journey to arrive with time to spare.
From M4, exit junction 32 and follow the A470 to Cardiff city centre.
Please use the city centre car parks or on-street meter parking. There are NCP car parks on Westgate Street and Dumfries Place.
Cardiff Central Station is located just 10 minutes' walk away.
The course is flat and mainly on paths with the exception of one section which is trail. The 5K is one lap, the 10K two laps and the team 10K relay is one full 5K lap per team member.
Your race packs will be collected at this event. Please aim to arrive around 45 - 60 minutes before the start of the race to ensure you have plenty of time to collect your pack plus put bags in bag storage. If you are entered as part of a team one of your team members can collect for everyone.
