This is a looped course, starting by Tiger Yard (the location of the former Dr. Who Centre) and finishing at the end of Roald Dahl Plas.

You have a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete your swim.

Registration will take place before the race on Saturday morning - we will confirm specific times in your Final Instructions, which will be available on the website and via email 10 days prior to the race.
Registration is usually located on the Plas outside the Wales Millennium Centre CF10 5AL.
