Although you'd find a lot of the route is actually downhill, there is over 6000 ft of elevation on the 104 miles. You are able to have a support runner with you after the 2nd checkpoint, just over 20 miles into the routes. If you are planning to run unsupported you'll need to provide proof of completion of a previous event of over 80 miles. Please contact us before you enter, as without this we won't be able to accept your entry. We are happy for you to run unsupported up to your longest previous event length, but then you must have support runners for the remaining distance. Relay team entries should have a minimum of 2 runners and a maximum of 4. You will need to arrange your own transport to changeover points along the route.
