This well-loved event will once again be hosted at the stunning Prideaux Place in Padstow - the perfect backdrop to start a day in the saddle.
What’s more, your supporters are invited to come along and see you off as well as being at the finish line to welcome you home!
As in previous years there are multiple routes to choose from, depending on your cycling ability. Each route features some of the best views that Cornwall has to offer, with options ranging from family-friendly Inspiring 20 miles up to the Extreme 104, there’s something to challenge everyone.
Each route is well supported, with fully stocked feed and water stations, a 4×4 support team and full medical cover. There’s no easier or more enjoyable way to tackle a challenge like it. The event is not a race, but is chip timed for your accurate completion time, and all participants will receive a coveted Cornwall Hospice Care medal!
This event is part of Coast and Clay Sportive.
Can you take part in the Coast and Clay Sportive? Yes you can!

Care for terminally ill people in Cornwall.
Cornwall Hospice Care runs the only two adult hospices in Cornwall, Mount Edgcumbe in St Austell and St Julia’s in Hayle. With limited funding, the hospice relies on the support of the fantastic community and people taking part in events like the Coast and Clay Sportive.
Every £24 you raise will fund one hour of nursing care in the hospices. By raising sponsorship you will help care for more terminally ill people in Cornwall.
In 2024 you can make a difference and keep the nurses caring.
