Cranborne Frolic

The Cranborne Frolic race is a 5.5K loop that takes on the trails around the Cranborne estate. There are various terrains to navigate, including some tracks, fields and woodland areas, so it’s a nice mix underfoot and is slightly technical in places. What is a Frolic? Over a 12-hour period, you do as much running as you want. Complete at least one lap to get your medal and goody bag. Frolics are relaxed events with a fun atmosphere. You can run in teams of 4, 3, 2 or go solo. Solo runners can do as many laps as they want. If you’re in a team, only one of you runs at a time, then you swap over as and when you feel like it.
