Event overview
Clear water and flat, scenic grounds lend themselves to a fast swim, bike and run course.
It's the ideal venue for a chip-timed personal best or for those who don't like racing on open roads. There will be plenty of helpers to keep you on track and encourage you all the way to the finish.
For those who don’t want to take part in the run, there is an Aquabike (swim-bike) option, and for those who would like to compete as a team, there is a relay option, with 2 or 3 individuals sharing the disciplines between them.
The flat course is ideal for a personal best over the marathon distance. A whopping 94% of 2021 participants surveyed got a PB at the Dorney Lake Marathon. The course has been measured by London Marathon course measurer Hugh Jones. Certified by UKA. This event is draft illegal.
