There is 3322 ft of elevation over the 30 mile route, so if you’re looking for a nice flat race this one probably isn’t for you.. Starting in whitby you’ll make your way down the esk valley railway line, before joining the north yorkshire moors railway line, eventually finishing in pickering. you’ll pass eight railways stations.. the hint is in the name!
