This is an Incredible opportunity to take part in a first-of-its-kind event! Flat Holm is a remote island which sits deep in the middle of the Bristol Channel 4 miles from shore between Wales and England.

You will be guided on a 12K swim to Barry's famous Whitmore Bay.
