Event overview

This Year’s Half Marathon will take place on Saturday and Sunday in February. The two lap 13.1 mile course will commence from the Piazza Terracina, Haven Road and take a scenic route along Exeter’s historic Quayside and around the Riverside Valley Park. Both Saturday and Sundays event are now open to all with an extended maximum completion time of 3 hrs. As well as the pride that comes with finishing a half marathon, you’ll receive a bespoke medal for your efforts. Alongside the Exeter Half Marathon we are holding a 5 mile event. Our aim is always to encourage as many participants as is possible for our events and to cater for all abilities, this 5 mile run allows flourishing runners to take part and also some of our younger runners. The route will take you along the Exeter Quayside, through the scenic Riverside Valley Park and back to the finish line at Haven Banks to pick up your medal.
