Hateful 8 Loopy Ultra

The H8 Ultra is a stunning 8 mile loop through the beautiful forests and trails of South Wales. The first loop will leave you wanting to run another, well the good news is, you can! In fact, the aim is to run as many loops of this beautiful course as you can in an 8 hour time limit. It is totally down to you to mange your 8 hour time limit. So BEFORE you head out on your last lap you need to be confident that you'll be able to finish you last lap BEFORE time runs out on the 8 hour time limit, if you go over the time limit, that lap will NOT get included in your total laps/mileage. WARNING .......There will be one or two little surprises thrown in just to really really spice it up !!!
