Swim was well planned with fastest swimmers in first & it appeared that most had given an accurate estimate. There was little overtaking. Course was an up and back in each of the 8 lanes, so no need to count.

Ride was fairly well sign posted and marshalled. It was on an open road, but on a Sunday morning at that time there was little traffic to worry about.

Run was around a field, mainly hard surface. It was very flat, with no notable hills.

On the whiole I had a great time. I would recommend this race to others and will definitely be entering next year. John D
