If you don't have the right bike for forest paths, Go Further Cycling cycle hire is located right next to the start line - easy!

Epping Forest Secton
Start at Chingford Plain. Ride through forest trails with scenic woodland views. 40km leaves the forest paths around Long Hills, 50km carries on to Jack's Hill, loops back down to High Beech. Both routes exit the forest at Whitehouse Plain.
Lee Valley Section
Circle Gunpowder Park and head south along the reservoirs. Ride along the River Lee towpath, which is mostly flat and scenic. Take in the views of the Walthamstow Wetlands, Hackney Marshes and Wanstead Flats.
