This year the proceeds of our run are supporting the Cornwall Air Ambulance. An undulating run through West Looe and out onto the coastal road to Talland. A loop around the Killigarth, Porthallow area brings you back down to Talland for the return leg to the finish. We regret that the course is not suitable for wheelchairs. No dogs, pushchairs or walkers. The race starts and finishes in the Millpool Car Park next to race HQ. There will be water stations available on the route around miles 3, 6 and 9. You must obey marshal instructions and take responsibility for your own safety whilst running the course, especially on the public highway. Marshals are not allowed to stop any traffic. Please note that runners must not use any portable device with earphones, headphones or earbuds. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in your disqualification and your time will not be recorded. The 'Mini Miler' is a fun run which follows an easy route of approximately 1 mile, from the Millpool Centre, out to Killmanorth woods and back, finishing near the main 10 Miler finish line. The run is suitable for age 4+, however anyone under the age of 7 must run with a parent or guardian. The event is for those aged 14 and under only. Mementos will be presented to all finishers and a small prize given to the 1st Boy & 1st Girl in each Age Category.
This event is part of Looe 10 Miler.
