Mental Elf Festive Fun Run Birmingham | 5K

Mental Elf is a 5km “Festive Fun Run” suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you walk, jog, skip or run, its all about having lots of festive fun whilst raising funds to support people in Birmingham with their mental health. Taking place at Cannon Hill Park, this is an event for everyone which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing. Mental Elf promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others. We know the festive season can be hard for some people. Throughout December 2023 our Helpline answered 1,486 calls. All donations raised during Mental Elf stay here in Birmingham to help fund our vital services to support people with their mental health and wellbeing. Services such as our Central Wellbeing Hub, located inside the Bullring & Grand Central. Thank you to all our elves and to everyone who sponsors them. Together we can ensure no one has to face their mental health struggles alone. Take part in our 5km family fun run at Cannon Hill Park. You can choose to walk, jog, skip or run the 5km park run route. The event is open to all ages and abilities, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. There will be an option for a shorter route this year. You can choose to complete our 1.5k course (1 lap of the route). Ticket price remain the same and all participants will receive a finishers medal and goody bag.
