Runners who participate in the MK Rocket 5K on Sunday plus an event on the Bank Holiday Monday (Half, Marathon, or Relay) will receive a third medal – the MK Challenge Medal.

My first marathon and I loved it. That was down to just how well organised it was. Marshall support was first class, as were drink stations. Crowd support was so much better than I ever thought it would be. Quite honestly I have nothing but praise for this event and would highly recommend it to others. Absolutely love this event. I have now ran it 5 times so have earnt my legend medal yeah. The Marshalls are awesome as always as well as the crowds. It feels like a home race for me. And hope to keep doing it as long as I can. I was lucky to get picked to be an Ambassador for the race this year and have loved it.
