A new and fun 5k trail run along the scenic coastal footpath of Fontygary Bay.

This is the timed run. Music will be provided by Bro Radio. Thank you to our event sponsors; Chris Davies Estate Agents and Atradius Insurance. The run will be officially opened by Sian Lloyd, the charity’s patron and journalist/broadcaster. The event could not go ahead without Fontygary Leisure Park kindly donating the use of their field and their help in organising it. Supported by Rhoose Runners and raising money for Children and Youths with Kidney Disease in Wales.
