Rivington Pike Fell Race

One of the oldest and most historic fell races in the country. A Category B Short Fell Race, 5.2km with 800ft ascent, starting near the Crown Hotel on Lever Park Avenue in Horwich. This iconic race takes a route up to Rivington Pike and back, this is a short but hard fell race suitable for everyone. The race is kindly sponsored by Walsh sports. Race registration is in the Crown hotel on race day and closes 15 mins before the start of the race. The race traditionally takes place on Easter Saturday.
