Event overview
The event in memory of Ron Skilton is run to raise funds for MNDA charity.
This is a challenging race with a number of ascents and descents, some of these being quite steep.
Set on a route which passes through the edges of the South Cambrian mountains. There are many changes of surface including some stream/river crossings. Rocky scree to soft bogland, forest trails to tarmac roadways.
All finishers will receive medals.
Free after-race refreshments for participants.
Awards for 1st places in a variety of categories.
