Sue Ryder

Sue Ryder is there when it matters to support people through dying or grief.

Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with the charity's support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. They are there when it matters.

A very cool race around the amazing grounds of Bolton Abbey. But, this is no easy trail race as there is a brutal climb, seriously muddy conditions... yes, you need proper trail shoes and yes, your feet get fully submerged in water and mud BUT the scenery is absolutely awesome... And the start probably the friendliest and most relaxed ever! Brett A

I have been running for 2.5 years now, and this is right up there as one of the most scenic runs I have done. Steve I
