Run London Epping Forest Trail 10K

Epping Forest is owned and managed by the City of London. The Forest is of national and international conservation importance and home to over 50,000 ancient pollard trees and 100 lakes and ponds and open 365 days of the year! The 10k race is 2 laps of the Forest, starting and finishing on the open grassed area next to Chingford Plain Car Park. Easy access walking from Chingford over ground station to the event. The postcode for the Chingford Golf Course is E4 7QJ. The car park has not got its own postcode. The entrance to the overflow car park is 200 metres or so further up the road from the Golf Course. Please do not to park in either the Golf Course car park or the main Chingford Plain Bury Road car park.
