It's an out and back..simples. Starting from Merthyr Leisure Village, 10 mile runners will enjoy an out and back route mainly along the Taff Trail. 20 mile entrants get to do it...twice. Elevation - approx. 690ft climb / 690ft drop (20 Miler) - 345ft climb / 345ft drop (10 Miler).
