Seize The Power 5K | 5K Trail Race

Seize The Power Running invites you to join an exciting event in 2025 at the beautiful River Hamble Country Park, Hampshire. This is your opportunity to take part in a race that celebrates determination and contributes to supporting greater cause. Our event offers something for everyone, from a scenic 5K trail race to a fun-filled kids' run. 5K Trail Race (Minimum age is 11) - A mostly flat course with some undulating sections, winding through the scenic trails of the park. Suitable for runners, joggers, and walkers of all levels. Kids’ Fun Run (~2K) - Fun run is ages 4-12, and any under 8s should be accompanied by an adult. Children, will run a shorter and mostly flat and safe trail of approximately 1.5k, to encourage young runners to embrace the joy of running. Medals will be awarded to all participants in both races.
