Shipston IX

The first one will be a small race, to dip our toes in, and see if you all like it. A nine mile road race on quiet rural roads, its going to be a fast route – its very flat. The race will be based at Shipston on Stour Scout Hut, where numbers will be collected, and there will be cakes and tea and coffees for sale afterwards. The start and finish will be on Fell Mill Lane which is a 10 minute walk from race HQ. We have applied for a 3 hour road closure of this road for the purposes of managing the start and finish safely without traffic. There will be prizes for the first 3 men and first 3 ladies.
