Spice Up Your Run

well we're paraphrasing here and the running will end (even if it doesn't feel like it sometimes) but you can have up to 7 hours of it if you are really crazy! So *say you'll be there* and come and join Saturn Running for it's Spice Up Your Run event, where we celebrate the iconic Spice Girls!All abilities are welcome at our super-inclusive events and we also welcome walkers too. This is a 7 hour Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run, we welcome runners of all abilities (and any walkers too!). The minimum distance is 5km, which is part of a lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles or 7km (this is subject to change to a 3.28 mile loop depending on course conditions) and you can run as many or as few of these laps as you wish in the 7 hour time limit. It is 3 laps for a half marathon, 6 for a marathon and 7 or over for an ultra, we also have a 50km distance available.The regular course is subject to some change near the time of the event depending on our health and safety review of the course.
