Ten In Ten Day 1

Each day is a separate event and you can enter these as an individual event. You can wish our intrepid Ten In Tenners good luck as they set off on their challenge. This is an 8 hour Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5km, which is part of a lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles (7km) and you can run as many or as few of these laps as you wish in the 8 hour time limit which starts from the official event start time. It is 3 laps for a half marathon, 6 for a marathon and 7 or over for an ultra, we also have a 50km distance available.
