The Dragon Slayer Ultra Run | 12 Miles Dragon Tickle

35 Miles of tough undulating trail that follows the Wye Valley Path from Chepstow to Monmouth in Wales before crossing into England to return on the Offa's Dyke Trail from Monmouth back to Chepstow. The run begins at Chepstow Castle and climbs the 365 steps to Eagles Nest and winds down to the Historical Tintern Abbey and then climbs again through woodland before descending to Monmouth to cross into England at the halfway point aid & fuel station. The second half of the run starts along the Wye River before ascending at Redbrook then onto Tintern and up to The Devils Pulpit. If you have made the cut off you have the delight of going through the one kilometer Tiddenham Tunnel floodlit all the way its a spectacular end to an amazing run as you return back to Chepstow Castle and the Finish Line and a spectacular medal.
