The Halloween 5K Trail

Prepare for chills, thrills, and spine-tingling adventure because the most haunted 5km trail of the year is back, and it’s eerier than ever! IF YOU DARE TO ENTER THE WOODS... Head down to the haunted forest near HMP Kirklevington Grange Prison and you’re in for an experience you’ll never forget. Ghouls, ghosts, and things that go bump in the night await. Who knows who—or what—you might encounter. COSTUME CONTEST! Unleash your inner monster! Dress up in your spookiest, funniest, or most creative Halloween attire. The prize for the best costume is not just any prize: it’s a top-of-the-range car valet, PLUS a sumptuous meal and drink! The 5km course is flat and a mix of all terrains, featuring only 34 meters of elevation. The trail will first lead you through the mysterious woodland area before directing you into the grounds of HMP Kirklevington Grange Prison. Be vigilant—keep your eyes open, or you may find yourself an unexpected guest for the night!
