The Middridge 5K Trail

The Summer Series will be kicking off with The Middridge 5km Trail Race, and it does not disappoint. With a mix of all terrain, this undulating course will certainly challenge you while also providing some scenic views. The race is very friendly, so if you’re new to trail running, this is a great option to start with. Overall, the race is a lot of fun and you’re sure to enjoy yourself. This finish is literally outside the pub! After the run make sure you get fully refuelled and hydrated in the Bay Horse Pub (must pre-book a table for food). *Prizes are given to the 1st (£20) 2nd (£15) & 3rd (£10) male and female on every race. *Over £1000 in prizes are given. *To be eligible for ‘series’ prizes you must run 4 from the first 5 races. Free parking and toilet facilities available. Minimum age strictly: 12 years +. Not suitable for wheelchairs/pushchairs. No dogs allowed. *transferable refunds only
