The Ryde 10 Mile Race

The course is a single lap, undulating & scenic, covering Ryde, Puckpool, Seaview, St. Helens, Netttlestone, Seaview and back to Ryde.
Marker boards at each mile point. Water stations are located at approximately 3 Mile intervals, at the following distances (3m & 6.5m)
No littering outside the water stations. Entries from wheelchair athletes may be accepted, but athletes must contact the race organiser before entering to check suitability.
