Over the last seven years the finisher rate is around 26%. Compare those statistics with other events that promote themselves as “the toughest” and then decide if this is for you. Stage 1 (26 miles) – The MTC Hafren (start from Rhyd-y-benwych picnic area). Stage 2 (47 miles) – The MTC Severn Plod Ultra. Stage 3 (59 miles) – The MTC Severn Path Ultra. Stage 4 (57 miles) – The MTC Severn Way Ultra. Stage 5 (29 miles) – The MTC Bristol Severn. Total race distance 218 miles.
