The aim of the Lucky Dip Runs is to hold events at a reduced price in order for people to be able to build their numbers or simply to help people achieve their own goals at an affordable price.

There is no set medal for this race, instead you will get to choose your own from a selection of medals from past events. This is a 7 hour Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5km, which is part of a full lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles (7km) and you can run as many or as few of these laps as you wish in the 7 hour time limit. Please note, we may use the 3.28 mile course at this venue and we will advise closer to the time.
