The Relays are back!
It's exciting to see the return of this Individual and Relay running event this summer.
There are medals for those completing the ultra distance (9 laps or more) and pin badges for achieving the 3 and 6-hour challenges.
The bar will be open, food and drink available throughout the event and there’s plenty of space for club tents and gazebos overlooking the start/finish/changeover point - so great for spectators and rousing support!
There will be a medal awarded to anybody achieving the ultra distance (9 laps or more). All individuals taking on the 3-hour or 6-hour challenge will get a pin badge regardless of the number of laps they complete.
Team members will get pin badges if their teams complete the following challenge distances:
This event is part of Wilmslow Relays and Ultra Challenge.
Anyone aged 12 or over can take part in the event but there are restrictions on the number of laps each age group can complete as below (ages as of the day of the event). Individual entrants must be 18 or over.

The start/finish/changeover point will be in the grounds which is great for spectators.
Teams and spectators can add to the great summer atmosphere by cheering their runners on as they pass the viewing area. There's plenty of space for club tents and gazebos by the viewing area overlooking the course near the start/finish/changeover point.
Parking is available at the Rugby club and surrounding roads.
The bar will be open and will be selling food and drink during the event.
There are toilets in the clubhouse, a bar and food is available on the day.

The course takes in the Jim Evison Playing Fields, The Carrs, the Rugby Club fields and connecting paths/quiet roads, It’s fairly flat overall with 46m of climb each lap, and the course will be signed and marshalled.
There'll be water, fruit and energy snacks at the changeover point but if you have any specific requirements please bring them with you.

Well-organised, extremely friendly Marshalls all day, a great atmosphere between participants and a bar and barbecue to try and tempt the solo runners to finish early! I shall be back. Gary W
A really well organised event with the set up linked to the rugby club meant great toilet facilities plus a nice bar and breakfast then lunch option. The tag team element made this a great team spirit even though the weather was extremely hot! Really hoping they organise it again. Louise S
