There's a 7-hour cut off with a mass start and runners will enjoy drinks and nibbles every 10K at the aid stations. The base is the exclusive venue of the Suffolk Running Centre with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and successful distance-run.
This event is ideal for runners who want to get a marathon GFA place.
There will be a bespoke medal for the event, which you will receive at the end of the race. Or if you choose the 'green' lucky dip option, you will choose from a selection of previous medals.
This event is part of Zig Zag Marathon and Half.

This route is all road, they are quiet roads however, you will need to be aware of traffic when stepping out and ideally wear something bright.
