Abersoch 10K and 3K Beach Race | 3K Beach Race

Starting in Abersoch's picturebook village and finishing along the golden sands of Abersoch's main beach, with live music and beach bar, this is a bucket list race for all levels of runners. A huge well done to everyone that took part and are now the proud owners of a 2024 Elvins Abersoch 3k Beach race medal! Congratulations also to Turner Jones and Imogen Wharton for taking the overall winners titles. It takes place on Abersoch Beach (By the Beach Cafe on the middle slip ramp), an hour before the 10k. A fantastic course that runners of all ages (5 and over) relish! It starts and finishes along the beach mixing hard & soft sand and there’s quite a few groynes to negotiate too. The middle section includes a track and bridal path along with a short section of (closed) road. Each runner has timing chips attached to their race numbers which ensures accurate individual times and there’s a zinc alloy top quality race medal with bespoke lanyard for all finishers. Cash prizes & trophies to the winners in the Overall, Under 14, Under 11 and Under 8 categories and a course record prize. Participants of the Elvins ABERSOCH 3K Beach Race must be 5 years or older, and entrants under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible registered adult.
