Framlingham Gala Fest Team Duathlon | Senior Race

This team relay event is based over the Galafest weekend and is for all abilities over the age of 8 years. All competitors will receive a goody bag with t-shirt, medal and entry wristband for Galafest Saturday. Approx distances: 2km run - based on the sports field with minimum age of 8yrs. 16km bike - open road around the surrounding villages minimum age of 16yrs. 5km run - off road running route around local fields and footpaths minimum age 16yrs. Trophies will be given on the day to various categories. Clubhouse will be open for refreshments on the day.
