Dress to distress, and the creepy dungeon keepers at The Oval start and finish will meet, greet and shock. Once you escape there’s ghostly looped routes, with zombie rest stops, and if you manage to get back in one piece there’s a macabre medal, a glass of the Devil’s fizz, some horrific hot food and drink!
The routes take in highlights of London’s landmarks, some horror hot spots, and a few nasty neighbourhoods.
This challenge is part of the UK's number one series of trek and trail runs for a wide range of ages, fitness and experience levels.
Choose your challenge and do it at your pace. The level of support enables you to go further, whilst enjoying the great outdoors, camaraderie, and the challenge. There are marquee rest stops, lots of food and drink, medical and massage teams, with a fully signed route to guide you.

Deep in the bowels of The Oval is the Halloween Base Camp. It has good tube and train links, plenty of toilets, medics, hot food and drink and some heat if there’s a chill in the air. Zombie keepers will look after you, and dispatch you out into the night.
Starting and finishing at ‘The Dungeon’, the looped route heads along the Thames through the heart of the capital. Perfect for families, teams, or a bit of Halloween exorcise with time for the pub afterwards!
