Middlesbrough 3K

Taking place after the Thirteen Middlesbrough 10K, this 3K is a fantastic distance for runners of all abilities ages three and up. We encourage children of all backgrounds and abilities to take part in the Fun Run, including those with disabilities and any other special considerations. Please get in touch so we can help you and them have the best experience. All finishers will be rewarded with a goody bag and that all-important medal to show off to friends!
