2 run 'sessions' a week. The rest easy. Aiming for 50 miles + one weekly swim. NB Last week was 42 miles.

Parade @1pm. Run @3pm. Great fun! The Wacky Racers were 9th (out of 90) in 15.12.
I won a prize for the fastest 'local' and I later became the Race Director after one year of being the tail walker!
