Overview
Glove Dippers swim all year round in a private lake behind Glove Factory Studios in Holt Village, Wiltshire. The lake is 100 metres long and maximum depth of about 2 metres. Members are able to turn up to swim but must sign in and out using a smartphone app and have another member or spotter to accompany them for safety. The Club has a WhatsApp group to help members find a swim partner.
There is a cafe nearby serving cakes and coffee for a post-swim refreshment. The Club also organises social meet ups for members.
