Group training session starting with a warm-up, speedwork training tailored to ability levels and cool down jog back to the club house.

Overview

West Bromwich Harriers‘ main training night is a Wednesday at 7pm which focusses on speed or hill work but in a way where no one is left behind.  Newcomers are welcome to try for four weeks before joining.

Members compete in the Birmingham Cross Country League, the Midlands Ladies Cross Country League and various road races regionally and nationally.  The Club also hosts events including the Summer Sizzler 5k and Winter Warmer 5 mile multi terrain race.
