This Canicross time trial event starts and finishes at the car park at Philips Park, Whitefield and takes you through some of the easiest and nicest trails that Prestwich has to offer.

The route leaves the park and heads towards the Outwood Trail, then through Hurst Wood, before hitting the Outwood Trail and circling back to Philips Park. Please be aware you will be running bridges that cross the M60 in the park. A water station will be present at the start / finish only, there is also a long stretch of trail near the river Irwell approx. 7K on the course, there are no manned water stations on the course.
